Timex Ironman 30-Lap Flix - Mid

The Timex Women's Ironman is an awesome watch for this busy mom of 5. I can set a timer for homework reading time, flute practice, homework sessions or evening clean-up time. It has 3 alarms available so I can set one for "Get our for the bus NOW!", one for a daily prayer time I need reminders on and keep one for something else too! They are durable, waterproof and nice-looking. This is my 3rd one as they do not last forever, 2-3 years each. Amazon offered a great deal at $10 less than our local Wally World and free shipping to boot. Good value!!

I needed a small alarm that would fit in the drawer of my nightstand. I thought a watch would be perfect, but I didn't want to pay too much because I just needed the alarm. This watch was affordable, and reviews said the alarm wasn't too loud (I didn't want it to awaken my husband on days he gets to sleep in).

The watch is perfect as an alarm. A soft beeping wakes me, it's easy to turn off, and it doesn't disturb my spouse. I can set one time for weekdays and an hour later for weekends. If I want to know the time in the middle of the night, the Indiglo button is easy to locate and the light isn't blinding.

But I've found that I actually use the watch...as a watch. It's a really attractive sports watch, light-weight and well-designed. The features are useful and easy to learn. The watch fits (I have really small wrists) and is comfortable to wear. I bought this watch for a unique reason, but I'd recommend it to any woman looking for an nice-looking, functional, affordable sports watch.

I love this watch. Fits on my wrist perfectly. Great for my workouts and love that it's waterproof!Love the color as well, colors are as they appear in the picture.

But... about a week after the return window closed, the light stopped working.

Timex's warranty still covers it, but requires shipping it to Timex and paying $8. So, pretty much half the cost of the watch.

Bummer.

Much better than the previous digital watches I have purchased. I am NOT a runner or athlete who is concerned with the time. I do like to be able to SEE the time, and this watch has a small size with larger than expected digits, making it easy to view. Great price, easy to program watch.

I love this watch!! I've received LOTS of compliments about it. I'm dark skinned so it really stands out. I don't own a gold watch yet so I wear this as one. The gold and cream tones works well together.

I bought this watch two weeks ago. It is great! I have gotten so many compliments, you can wear this watch everyday, and it goes with everything! This watch can be easily worn also dressed up.

I saw this watch on a friend and had to have it. It's neutral color goes with everything with just a little flash of gold to make it an accessory vs just a functional watch. I did have to have it sized by a jeweler but it fits perfectly now.

This watch is beautiful and if you're careful with it I can see it lasting years. I didn't have such luck. This watch claims to be water resistant and in my understanding that meant I could shower with it - not go inside a pool, I guess, but the occasional shower wasn't going to harm it. Well, I was mistaken. it lasted maybe 2 months. After that some moisture got in and I was never able to get it out, no silica gel, no hairdryer, nothing would do the trick. Too bad. Piece of crap. So beautiful, but not made to last...

I'm in love with this watch. I literally wear it everywhere I can. It's delicate, classy, and stylish. It doesn't stand out too much, so you can wear it casually but it's still fancy. i am kind of confused on how to set the day, it's always a little off, but i'm sure i can find out how to do that in the manual if I decide to. Get it on amazon though. I wouldn't pay $200 for this. But maybe that's just me.

Like the title says, "Hour hand did not move!" Pulled the crown out to position 2 to set the date, no problems. Pushed back into position 1. Pulled crown out to position 3 to set the time, gave it a twist, minute hand started moving, and the hour hand just sat there. Swore i was doing something wrong. Read the instructions over and over, pretty simple, but no luck. Let the watch sit for a couple hours...the seconds and minute hand kept on ticking, while the hour stood still. From reading the reviews, I'm the only one who has had this issue. Pretty disappointed. The watch was a present for my wife on our 12th anniversary. The watch is beautiful. I don't "hate" it enough to give it one star, but i do not like, two stars, the fact that it didn't work.

Casio Women's LQ139A-1B3 Black Casual Classic Analog Watch

I wanted a cheap watch that keeps time for my travel and picked this watch because of the price and Casio is a known brand. Should have bought the one with a white face as the black face is harder to read. When I took it out of the box the watch was already ticking, which means it had already been used or a return. I have it for 1 1/2 months and it's still working.

excellent watch, my wife loves is small and light but very elegant and can be used on any occasion, my wife is my gratitude for this gift I gave him and he enjoys it to the fullest

I purchase many products from amazon and am always happy with what I buy as in the products are exactly or very close to the description. However, I am sorely disappointed in the quality of this watch. Even for the cost of under $10 I feel it is overpriced. I was looking for a decent inexpensive watch for daily wear. I will probably give this to my 7 yr old grand daughter. It looks very cheap and I will be surprised if he band last long at all. I believe Casio is a good manufacturer but this must be the bottom of their line. I would return it but got it for prime shipping and truthfully dont want to spend more money to return it. If your looking for a daily wear watch I would suggesting spending a bit more up front or you will get what you paid for with this particular watch.

This watch is perfect for everyday use. It keeps time perfectly and is a good looking watch. My only complaint is the length of the band. I have small wrists and I can only close the band using the first hole; it is almost as if the band is for a child's watch. Other than that, I am really happy with the watch

Wanted inexpensive quality and I think this is it. Small, pretty face. Minute marks and second hand. Band is plastic, which I wanted. Had a $7 Casio for two years. Hope for the same. Perfect for the price.

The watch I bought before quit working after
few months. After putting in quite a bit of money to have it fixed I gave up when manufacturer couldn't even fix it. Not only that I would have to pay just as much as the original purchase price to get the replacement. Sooo.... I tried cheaper watch, Casio Analog Woman's watch. It's light, keeps great time and reliable. I love it!

At the low price I paid for this on Amazon, I absolutely LOVE this watch! It is well made and high quality build. But, most importantly, it is the lightest watch I have ever worn. I have a very sensitive wrist due to two ganglions, but I hardly know I am wearing this watch. One of the best purchases I have ever made online.

This watch looked so great in the ad, had nice reviews and was priced so reasonably, I figured how could I go wrong. Boy did I find out how wrong I could be. Watch was received on time & I was very pleased when I opened up the package. That's when the fun ended. The mesh band was way too large for my wrist & so I carefully followed the adjustment instructions (as minimal as they were & in print & illustrations so tiny I needed a magnifying glass to read them.) The problem was once I released the buckle as the instructions told me to do, it disengaged from the band and despite 3 hours of trying to connect the buckle to the band, it wouldn't. After that amount of time I came to the realization that if I was having this much of a problem now, I could pretty well count on additional frustration in the future, assuming I could ever get the buckle to properly engage. So before damaging it and rendering it non-returnable, I decided to package it all back up and return to the sender. Maybe I had just a fluke but reading other reviews, I noticed others also complained about the band coming unattached when wearing it. I plan to go back to the old tried and true and infinitely more reliable leather band.

11/12/12 Update: Happy to report that I quickly received a full refund for the returned watch. Also after doing more research chose a Citizen Eco-Drive (no battery!!) BW0072-07P. Infinitely superior watch; paid a little bit more but well worth it!

I bought this watch as a gift for my husband-to-be and he loves it. It came true to color and is very lightweight.

Strap was frozen and could not be adjusted. Strap lock did not engage properly and prone to coming loose. Strap locking mechanism was not the same as shown in on site photo. Was cheap imitatation.
The watch was running indicating it had been returned previously. It has Pacific Cost time indicating where it was returned from.

I purchased this watch to replace another watch I had recently purchased that gave me nothing but trouble. I love the Titanium watch cause it's very stylish, thin design, light weight, and the band is made from Titanium but does not grag the hair on my arm. I would have given it a perfect score of 5 stars was it not for the the way the strap closes on your arm. It takes some getting used to but all and all it's worth every penny I paid for it!!!!
