Ordered from Red Tag Computers, arrived with no recovery disc or partition, Windows XP already activated and a user already created, plus AVG Free 2012 installed--and who knows what else installed? Can you say Trojan Horse?
With no recovery disc or partition to let me return this to an actual refurbished state, I shall never feel comfortable using this thing. I hope to sell or give it to my next enemy...
must say that it came quickly and so far, I have not had any problem with the laptop. The price was great and I've been satisfied thus far. Thanks a bunch :)
Our daughter bought the Dell D620 for herself and it keeps her quite busy. It is a good little machine for her to play her games on. And at the price for $160.00 one can't really argue. We had a little problem at first with the screen, but Tampa laptop had no problem repairing it and getting it back to us in a timely fashion.
I am impressed by the functioning of this laptop. It's just as fast, or close to the same speed as my wife's brand new laptop for hundreds less. It's built tough with a lot of part made out of medal. I was nervous about buying a refurbished laptop on Amazon, but now I am more than satisfied. I bought mine from Tampa-Laptop, via Amazon.com, and will be buying from them again.
