I have honestly tried to think of something that I dislike or am disappointed with about this tablet, but I honestly can't think of any. It has met all of my expectations and then some. I would recommend this tablet to anyone who is looking to purchase. Battery life is excellent with a bit of tweaking I easily get 4 hours on a charge.
reat size tablet that does everything and easily fits in my purse. It is a little on the slippery side and I purchased a Moko slim fit cover/stand to address that. After receiving items I realized I badly needed a screen protector and 32GB micro sd card which I purchased later at Best Buy (where they installed a screen protector with a lifetime warranty on the Samsung Tablet). I wish I would've thought of these items when making my purchase on Amazon because I paid DOUBLE for the items @ Best Buy.
This is a great priced tablet by a reputable brand. It is much heavier than the iPad mini tough and the screen is certainly not as big. But for the price is a good alternative if you don't want to buy a iPad mini.
The main purpose of the review tough is to alert you: DO NOT BUY FROM ADORAMA. I bought from them because Amazon didn't have it available, paid more and bought new and no refurbished. Much to my dismay what I received was a VERY DIRTY and DAMAGED box with the "DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN" already broken. The tablet altough it had the screen cover was full on fingerprints. Unfortunately the tablet was for a gift yesterday so I couldn't do anything about. Worst experience shopping from another seller than Amazon.
I just wanted to thank you guys with all the info you provided in your reviews. I have purchased this product for someone else. I am not a dumb person but lack in the world of electronics. I am disabled and this was all I could afford. I just know Samsung has good products, since all my phones are Samsung. Now I feel confident I made the right choice. They are not tech savy either but they are selfless and would enjoy something fancy. Thanks again from a girl who knows nothing about this stuff!!
this is a christmas gift so i cannot rate the product at this time. i can say it arrived quickly, it was packaged efficiently, and from the description on the box, it will be exactly what my grandson asked for. the price for the size was very reasonable. i decided not to get an ipad as you are restricted to downloading apple products only. with the samsung, my grandson will be able to use apps through google, and download music from other sites. i am not sure what else this product is supposed to do, but am looking forward to his satisfaction on christmas day!
